Be specific. Name the people, describe their situation, and tell us what evidence you have that this is a real and significant problem for them.
Describe what you have built or are building, the product, service, or business model, and why it solves the problem you described above. Keep it plain. We are not asking for a pitch, we are asking what it actually is.

What You Have Built So Far
Customers, revenue, users, waitlists, signed agreements, product built. Whatever is real and measurable. Do not inflate it. Do not dismiss it. Tell us what is actually there.

Your Role in Building This
We are not looking for a CV. We want to know your direct, specific contribution to what exists right now. Separate what you did yourself from what others contributed. If the venture could not have reached this point without your specific skill or involvement, tell us why.
This is not about credentials. It is about fit between you and this specific problem. What gives you an advantage that someone else could not easily replicate?
