1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to heelheidbusiness.com, the corporate website of Heelheid Ventures Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Heelheid," "we," "us," or "our").
This policy does not apply to the websites, platforms, or applications operated by the individual ventures in our portfolio, including kerlhive.com and any platform operated by Growth Bootstrappers, OnlineAttorney, or ClipViral. Each of those ventures operates under its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review the policy published on that venture's own site before sharing personal information there.
By using heelheidbusiness.com, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect

Also the venture name, venture website (if any), business stage, and your written answers describing the problem you are solving, your evidence for it, the progress you have made, your personal contribution to the venture, why you are suited to build it, where you need help, and why you are applying to Heelheid specifically.

- Venture waitlist and early access signups. Your email address and the venture or ventures you are interested in, submitted when you request early access to a venture that is still in development.
- Any correspondence you send us directly, by email or phone, including the content of that correspondence and any attachments.
2.2 Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on heelheidbusiness.com. We do not use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies on this site to track your behavior across sessions or across other websites.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard server log data, used only for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running, and is not used to build a profile of you or to serve you advertising.
The individual ventures in our portfolio operate their own platforms and may run their own analytics, covering areas such as client acquisition, client retention, ascension, and client success, under their own privacy policies. Those tools are not operated by Heelheid and are outside the scope of this policy.
2.3 Information from third parties
We generally do not receive personal information about you from third parties. If you are referred to us by someone else, such as a mutual contact who introduces you to an opportunity, we may receive your name and contact details from that person, and this policy applies to that information from the point we receive it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To review and respond to partnership applications, including assessing fit, scheduling and conducting founder interviews, and communicating our decision.
- To review and respond to job and contractor applications, including assessing qualifications, scheduling interviews, and communicating hiring decisions.
- To respond to messages sent through our contact form or directly by email or phone.
- To send early access and waitlist updates about ventures you have asked to hear from, and other communications you have opted into.
- To operate, maintain, and secure heelheidbusiness.com, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- For any other purpose we disclose to you at the time you provide the information, or with your consent.
We do not use your personal information to make any decision about you based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Every application we receive is read and assessed personally.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR to process your personal information:
- Consent, where you have given it, such as when you sign up for a venture waitlist. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before entering into one, such as reviewing your partnership application or processing a job application.
- Legitimate interests, such as operating and securing our website, communicating with you about your inquiry, and maintaining business records, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Compliance with a legal obligation, such as tax and accounting recordkeeping.
6. International Data Transfers
Heelheid Ventures Studio LLC is based in the United States, and the service providers listed above may process personal information in the United States or other countries outside your own. If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this means your personal information may be transferred to a country that has not been found to provide an equivalent level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards our service providers maintain, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK mechanisms, to protect your information in connection with that transfer.
We do not currently maintain an establishment in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Based on the limited and occasional nature of the personal information we process from individuals located there, we do not believe we are required to appoint a representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR or EU GDPR. If this assessment changes, or if you have concerns about how we process your information, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will address them directly.
International use. Heelheid operates from the United States, and heelheidbusiness.com is directed at founders, job applicants, and other visitors regardless of location. If you access this site or submit information to us from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We make no representation that this site, or the way we process personal information, meets the legal requirements of every country from which it may be accessed.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.
- Partnership applications are retained for up to 24 months after submission, so that we can reconsider a founder for a future partnership opportunity, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.
- Job and contractor applications, including resumes, are retained for up to 12 months after the role closes, so that we can consider you for a related opening, unless you ask us to delete your information sooner.
- Contact form submissions and correspondence are retained as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, and afterward as part of our general business records.
- Waitlist and early access signups are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, or until the venture you signed up for either launches and transitions to its own platform, or is discontinued.
When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.
9. Your Privacy Rights
9.1 All users
Wherever you are located, you can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to request that we delete it, subject to our legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping needs. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
9.2 California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:

- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA through heelheidbusiness.com.
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided we can verify the agent's authority to act for you.
9.3 Other U.S. states
If you reside in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights, and we will handle your request in accordance with the law that applies to you.
9.4 United Kingdom and European Economic Area

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
10. Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including relying on infrastructure providers, such as Vercel and Cloudflare, that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you send to us.
11. Children's Privacy
heelheidbusiness.com is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Our Ventures
heelheidbusiness.com links to websites we do not control, including the individual ventures in our portfolio, such as kerlhive.com, and platforms operated by Growth Bootstrappers, OnlineAttorney, and ClipViral, as well as third-party platforms like LinkedIn. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit, including any venture site, before providing personal information there.
13. Marketing Communications
If you join a venture waitlist or otherwise opt in to receive updates from us, every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and in accordance with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional messages we may still need to send you, such as a response to an application or inquiry you have submitted.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on this page or, where appropriate, contacting you directly.
